Delete your TrackPrac account

This page explains how to delete your TrackPrac account, made by Brillness Studio, and everything stored with it.

Option 1: delete it yourself, in the app

This is instant and needs no email to us.

1. Open the TrackPrac app.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete everything.
4. Confirm when you are asked. This is the point of no return.

You can do the same in the web app at valorantpracticetracker.com/app, under Settings.

Option 2: ask us to delete it

If you have already removed the app, email hi@brillness.com from the email address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account.

We do not ask you for anything else. We act on it within 30 days, and in practice within a few days. We will email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Everything below is erased permanently when your account is deleted:

• Your email address and your sign-in identity.
• Your display name.
• Every day of practice you logged: aim training minutes, deathmatches, scrim maps and competitive matches.
• Your practice journal: scrim and match notes, scores, maps, takeaways and next-practice focus.
• Your VOD reviews.
• Your rank history and RR records.
• Your streaks, and any imported match records.
• Your reminder times and your other settings.
• Your membership of any team.

What is kept

Nothing of yours is kept. We hold no copy of your account or your practice after deletion. There is no additional retention period: we do not keep an archive, and point-in-time recovery is switched off, so there is nothing to restore from.

One thing survives, and it is not yours. If you were in a team, the team itself carries on for the people still in it, and your name and your practice are removed from it. If you were the owner, ownership passes to another member. If you were the last member, the team is deleted with your account.

Delete only part of your data

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove something. Each of these works on its own, and your account stays as it is.

• A day's practice: open that day and set each count back to zero.
• A VOD review: open the review and tap the bin icon.
• Your place in a team: open the Team tab, use the menu in the top corner, and tap Leave team. Your name and your practice are removed from that team.

You can also email hi@brillness.com and tell us what you want removed. We will do it and reply when it is done.

If you never added an email

TrackPrac works with no account at all. If you never signed in, nothing you logged ever reached our server, and there is no account to delete. Removing the app, or clearing its data on your phone, erases the only copy.
